Salary
Base: $75,000.00–$95,00.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for variable annual bonus based on performance; Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and ESPP included

Must-have
3rd shift night schedule availability
GMP and ISO regulated environment experience
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
Team leadership for 10-20 operators
Safety and quality compliance enforcement
Nice-to-have
Six Sigma certification preferred
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Experience with cell culture media production
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Cross-functional collaboration skills
Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years manufacturing or operations experience
2+ years people management in cGMP environment
High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
