Base: $18.25 - $23.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Leasing Commissions and Renewal Bonuses; Benefits: Competitive package including HSA, 401(k), PTO, VTO, Life Insurance, Disability, EAP, Educational Assistance, Rent discount, and Fitness membership discount
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school diploma or GED required
General knowledge of property management industry
Fluent in English with strong communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to work flexible evening or weekend hours
Nice-to-have
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Knowledge of Minneapolis/St. Paul area
Vocational training in marketing or hospitality desired
Experience with social media and community communication
Strong relationship building with local businesses
Key Requirements

No active real estate license required
