Job Summary

  • Partners with key stakeholders in the Charleston and Regional Health Network to develop and implement a streamlined process to ensure successful placement, relocation, orientation and integration of new physicians and advanced practice providers.
  • Establish highly effective working relationships with internal customers, physician leaders and all onboarding stakeholder departments to skillfully coordinate onboarding activities in Charleston and throughout the RHN (Regional Health Network).
  • Exhibits a welcoming, customer service focused attitude in all interactions both internal and external to the organization.
