The successful candidate will utilize the Kinaxis Maestro digital tool to conduct Rough Cut Capacity Planning and resolve constraints in production capacity.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
Experience with Kinaxis Maestro planning tool
Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) expertise
Production planning across multiple manufacturing sites
Capacity: Demand ratio analysis
Nice-to-have
Strong analytical skills for supply chain optimization
Collaborative working relationships in global teams
Digital transformation initiative experience
Knowledge of SAP ECC, S4 Hana, or JDE systems
Ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environment
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
Master's degree preferred
Proven experience in supply planning within FMCG or manufacturing
Work availability during China time zone and workdays
