The Benefits Specialist supports the local administration of Benefits, Wellness, and Leave of Absence programs while assisting employees with inquiries.
This role handles escalated questions from Tier 1 and applies knowledge of benefits processes to ensure accurate guidance for US employees.
The specialist collaborates with the Benefits Broker and vendors to facilitate Health, Welfare, Retirement, and Wellness offerings.

Must-have
Five years benefits administration experience
Knowledge of federal LOA regulations
Experience with Workday HRIS system
Intermediate Excel skills including VLOOKUP
