Provides nursing support to a high-volume Family Medicine Clinic, performing RN telephone triage by assessing patient symptoms, determining urgency, and providing appropriate clinical guidance.
Ensures timely patient access to care by coordinating appointments, advising on next steps, and assisting with clinical needs based on assessment findings.
Consults with callers, analyzes information by listening to caller comments, asking proper questions and using broad medical knowledge to counsel and refer patients regarding their health care needs.
