Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 7+ years of experience
• Proficiency with Rockwell Automation software
• Proficiency selecting, configuring, and troubleshooting Allen Bradley PowerFlex variable frequency drives
• Deep understanding of basic electrical theory
• Knowledge of electrical/electromechanical devices
• Knowledge of different types of instrumentation and how to calibrate them
• HMI development expertise
• Experience with maintaining Production networks
• Demonstrated ability to manage/install production servers
• Demonstrated experience of leading controls projects
• Demonstrated ability to use trending and other analytical tools
• Deep understanding of how a continuous web handling system works
• Demonstrated willingness to share knowledge
• Expertise focused on electrical components, electrical power distribution systems, PLC’s, instrumentation, and variable speed AC drives
• Demonstrated process control experience
• Ability to tune PID controllers
• Experience selecting, configuring, and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley safety PLCs, I/O, and STO hardware
• Effective communication skills
