• The Spare Parts & Repair Team Leader supervises two groups: Repair Specialists (technical profiles) and Repair Admins (administrative/back-office profiles) to ensure fast, qualitative, and profitable repair management.
• Responsibilities include leading and coaching a team of 8 collaborators, managing workload and priorities, tracking performance via KPIs, developing skills, clarifying processes, and ensuring effective remote and multi-site management.
