Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
10+ years progressive engineering experience
5+ years engineering leadership roles
Experience leading teams supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or federal government programs
Strong knowledge of engineering lifecycle processes in regulated or classified environment
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
Active Secret clearance, or eligibility to obtain and maintain one
