Job Summary

  • The Engineering & Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative, clerical, and operational support to both the Engineering and Food & Beverage departments.
  • This role plays a key part in pre-opening and ongoing operations by supporting maintenance systems, vendor coordination, scheduling, inventory tracking, and departmental documentation while also assisting with F&B reporting, event coordination, and team communication.
