Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the lead with equipment rental functions, monitoring the yard area to ensure a clean and organized operation that meets safety guidelines and procedures.
Oversees the service, repair and/or rebuild of equipment as necessary, ensuring all rental equipment is in good, useable condition before it goes out to the customer.
Administers goals and training programs for associates, including safety training, and assists with supervisory duties without hiring/firing authority.
