Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for leading and/or supporting projects in the digital and power product portfolio, including new product development, lifecycle management to end of life, launch management, process improvements, and developing strategies for innovation / manufacturing of the future.
  • This role will work in close partnership and collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure that all projects and issues related to patient safety, compliance, quality, service, growth, and value are executed to exceed business metrics.
  • Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.

Salary

Base: $102,000.00 - $177,100.00; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Vacation –120 hours per calendar year, Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year, Holiday pay –13 days per calendar year, Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year, Parental Leave – 480 hours, Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for immediate family member, Caregiver Leave – 80 hours, Volunteer Leave – 32 hours, Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours
