Job Summary
The BSA Compliance Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, testing, and administering TDECU’s enterprise-wide BSA, AML, and OFAC compliance program.
This leadership role provides oversight and strategic direction for all BSA-AML-OFAC activities, incorporating industry best practices and sound risk management.
The position requires expert-level knowledge of BSA, AML, OFAC, CIP, and related laws and regulations, as well as strong collaboration skills across various departments.
