The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws and follow all established policies concerning exposure to blood and body fluids.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, eating, and moving while ensuring a calm and warm environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs and record data
Assist residents with daily hygiene tasks
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information

Key Requirements
