Employees must report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and incidents to the Health and Wellness Director and Executive Director promptly.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information and reporting any suspected violations immediately.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Perform lifting and positioning tasks up to 25 pounds
Complete documentation for incidents and care plans
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Collaborate effectively with nursing personnel
Demonstrate patience with disoriented or comatose residents
Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Training in specific care tasks before performing them
