  • Ensure adherence to company policies and process standards, while maintaining employee morale and overseeing the training of new and existing staff.

  • Ability to identify process and workflow improvements
  • Demonstrated experience with direct supervision and coaching
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to successfully interface with all levels of personnel
