Must-have
Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt expertise
Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) leadership
DMAIC, DMADV, and RIE methodologies
Experience in healthcare industry CPI/LSS
DoD SECRET clearance required
Hybrid work environment with onsite presence
Mentoring Black Belts and Green Belts
Nice-to-have
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
Collaboration and teamwork abilities
Editorial and writing skills
Experience in military health environment
Familiarity with BUMED, DHA, or Navy Medicine

Key Requirements
DoD SECRET clearance
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
5 years of relevant field experience
Continuous practice as a Master Black Belt since certification
Experience with ASQ MBB Book of Knowledge or equivalent
