  • The primary purpose of this position is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards to assure the highest degree of quality care.
  • The administrator is responsible for developing policies, managing budgets, and ensuring conformance while actively resolving HR issues and risk management situations within the facility.
  • This role requires assisting survey teams with information to prevent deficiency citations and formulating plans of action to correct any noted deficiencies.
