Responsible for a diverse team of approx. 8 FTE focused on client enablement, profile amendments, client off-boarding, recertification, third-party platform intermediation, breaks/rejects resolution, and connectivity resolution.
The role involves performing UAT testing for new product rollouts, driving process improvements, escalating unusual activity, and ensuring client trading profiles are accurate.

10+ year industry experience
