Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or Engineering
5+ years experience as Project Engineer or PM
CSA and MEP construction management expertise
Proficiency in MS Project, P6, and Bluebeam
Experience with RFP development and budgeting
Nice-to-have
Data Center or Owner's Representative experience
General Contractor background preferred
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving and initiative skills
Willingness to travel up to 10%
Key Requirements
Minimum 5+ years Project Engineer/PM experience
