This role leads the preclinical development of therapeutic siRNA and antibody oligonucleotide conjugates within a collaborative cross-functional research environment.
The successful candidate will assess new compounds for risks related to delivery, aggregation, stability, and developability while authoring protocols for internal and external labs.

Base: $108,500 - $201,500 per year; Bonus/Equity: Performance-based cash incentive and annual equity awards eligibility; Benefits: Health, life, disability, 401(k), vacation, personal days, holidays

Key Requirements
Advanced degree in pharmaceutical sciences or related field
5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biologics development
