Job Summary

  • Primary responsibility for managing the day-to-day financial operations for assigned market, including fiscal responsibility for preparing complete and accurate financial statements, quarterly forecasting, and hands-on involvement in land acquisition feasibility process.
  • Serves as the risk manager for the assigned market and oversees litigation management and involved with HOA management, while partnering with and providing counsel to homebuilding functional leaders to drive enhanced business results.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years public accounting/homebuilding experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
  • Certified Public Accounting license strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
