You will play a key role in supporting client projects focused on electronic communications (E‑Comms) surveillance uplift and modernisation.
You will become a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across Compliance, Surveillance Operations, Technology, Data, InfoSec, and Conduct Risk, ensuring that multi‑year E‑Comms transformation programmes are governed effectively and delivered with precision.
You will support improvements to the surveillance operating model, including alert workflow design, permitted‑channel governance, channel attestation processes, and data‑retention controls.
