Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents to the Health and Wellness Director and Executive Director as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, feeding, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.

Must-have
Assist residents with daily hygiene functions
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Complete documentation for incidents and care plans

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Cooperate effectively with inter-departmental personnel
Demonstrate patience with disoriented or comatose residents
