Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents to the Health and Wellness Director and Executive Director as soon as practical.
  • The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, feeding, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Assist residents with daily hygiene functions

  • Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
  • Complete documentation for incidents and care plans

Key Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products required
