The IT PMO Administrator will provide comprehensive support for the APAC Enterprise Technology team, managing a wide range of activities and process management, including IT procurement and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include managing the IT purchase to pay process, assisting with IT AOP and forecasting, maintaining PMO Teams site documentation, and supporting improvement initiatives.
This role requires collaboration with internal departments like Procurement, Legal, and Finance, as well as external vendors, and involves supporting company-owned mobile phone processes and contract filing for policy compliance.
