Job Summary
Manage the post-sales journey from onboarding to renewal, collaborating with sales and technical services to ensure customer adoption and support.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management with highly technical software products and enterprise SaaS customers.
