Key Requirements
3-5 years relevant practical experience
Bachelor's Degree in Building Surveying or related field
Professional certification (MRICS, CIOB) preferred
Demonstrated experience in Technical Due Diligence
Ability to write and present technically sound reports
Excellent liaison skills with professional consultants
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
