Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care services in accordance with their individual assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must be comfortable driving a company van to transport behavioral residents to medical appointments while also working on the floor as a caregiver when not on trips.
  • The role requires strict adherence to confidentiality policies regarding protected health information and immediate reporting of any suspected abuse or unauthorized access attempts.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Valid AZ Caregiver Certification required
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License required
  • Comfortable driving company van for transport
  • Experience with behavioral resident care
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
