Candidates must evaluate and document competency assessment of testing personnel at least semiannually during the first year and annually thereafter.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science or medical technology
5 years of clinical laboratory training or experience in high complexity testing
3 years of clinical laboratory management or supervisory experience
ASCP Board certification qualifications for Histotechnologist or Cytotechnologist (if Anatomic Pathology)
