Job Summary

  • You will be part of a team that champions the people agenda for GIC.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and systems, leveraging data and insights to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and overall recruitment effectiveness.
  • At GIC, our teams come into the office four days per week to harness the benefits of in-person collaboration, but have the flexibility to choose which days they work from home and adjust this arrangement as situational needs arise.
