Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Operations Research and optimization experience
  • Python and SQL skills for data preparation
  • Use of optimization solvers like Gurobi or Pyomo
  • Formulating mathematical optimization models
  • Prescriptive analytics and constrained optimization
  • Integration of predictive ML with optimization

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in financial services risk management
  • Exposure to real-time decisioning systems
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Familiarity with ML model pipelines
  • Knowledge of credit bureaus and external data

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in quantitative field
  • 5 years relevant risk analytics experience
  • 3 years technical project delivery experience
  • Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization
