The Student Support Specialist will assist Deans and faculty in retaining undergraduate and graduate students by providing support in emotional, financial, academic, and personal areas.
This is a five-year externally funded position with potential for extension and involves coordination with multiple campus services and community resources.

Key Requirements
Master’s degree in social work
Eligible for LMSW licensure in Arkansas
Minimum 2 years post-Master’s social work experience
Preferred LCSW licensure
3-5 years social work experience
Experience in student advising and retention
Work authorization in the United States
