It is the responsibility of the cook to manage and operate the kitchen in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor.
The cook must maintain kitchen and cooking area in a safe, orderly, clean and sanitary manner while preparing a variety of foods and special diets accurately.
The position includes supervisory duties, assisting with meal service, and participating in the orientation and ongoing training of dietary staff.

Key Requirements
