** Eastbaypostacute is seeking a licensed Medication Aide to assist in the administration of medications in a healthcare setting. The role involves following policies and procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with nursing staff and physicians to ensure quality care. **

Job Summary

  • Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and/or topical medications as ordered by the attending physician or Medical Director.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance programs, the Pharmaceutical Services Committee, and any other facility committee or program that affects the medication pass and seeks to improve the performance and accuracy of the medication process.
