Must-have

  • 4+ years in complex B2B enterprise software support
  • Experience implementing or managing complex SaaS solutions
  • Strong project management and customer relations skills
  • Deep understanding of Workday architecture and products
  • Ability to navigate multiple strategic accounts simultaneously

Key Requirements
