  • Establish and lead rigorous Project Review cycles to monitor health, progress, and financial performance across the Grid Automation portfolio.
  • Drive the Project Risk management framework; facilitate risk identification workshops and ensure mitigation plans are actively managed and reported.
  • Act as a senior advisor to Project Managers, providing coaching and troubleshooting for complex execution challenges.
