Build instructor schedules for full-time and part-time instructors
Adhere to FAA and company policy for developing new instructors
Coordinate scheduling of instructors, check airmen, and simulator usage
Ensure flight and ground training events adhere to FAA regulations
Nice-to-have
Ability to multi task efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal communication skills
Experience working in a team environment within airline operations
PC proficient in Microsoft Office products and general internet applications
Key Requirements
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
1 year of experience in customer service
1 year of airline scheduling experience preferred
Experience with CrewTrac preferred
Ability to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime
