Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, an active Massachusetts RN license, and demonstrate knowledge of performance improvement processes.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
Active Massachusetts RN license
Minimum 2 years RN experience
Minimum 2 years Infection Prevention experience in acute care
Certification in Infection Prevention (CIC) required within 2 years
