Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will work to improve the accuracy and reliability of the demand plan through the projection of the most realistic estimate of customer demand within the Monthly Business Planning framework.
  • This individual will lead a team of demand planners and support strategic objectives by leveraging supply chain modeling techniques, to develop tactical and operational consensus demand forecasts.
  • We are seeking an energetic Senior Manager for Demand Planning to drive a continuous improvement mindset and collaborate with sales to garner the value add information required to obtain the optimal results.

Key Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in demand planning
  • Management experience required
  • University degree or College diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business
  • APICS certification is a plus
  • Lean, or Six Sigma, training is considered an asset
  • Bilingual in French and English is considered an asset
