Job Summary
Partner with specific business units to deliver the Selling Excellence strategy in line with business priorities, establishing operational plans and delivering solutions to build capability for the sales organization.
Drive commercial performance, ensuring implementation of market positioning strategies for the oncology products of GSK by becoming the partner of choice for the Cross Functional Team.
Identify learning needs using qualitative and quantitative data, design and develop blended learning solutions, and build knowledge about GSK's Oncology value proposition among the Field force.
