This position supports the Multi-Vendor Biomedical business by installing, troubleshooting, and servicing equipment at customer sites.
The role requires independent diagnosis and resolution of electronic, network, and mechanical problems while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Salary
Base: $26.00 to $41.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Overtime eligible, on-call pay, field service incentive bonus; Benefits: Generous PTO, 401k up to 7% match, HSA with company contribution

Must-have
2+ years medical equipment servicing experience
Electronic circuit board and schematic knowledge
Flexible hours including overtime and weekends
Travel up to 25% within South Zone
Ability to work with radiation sources safely
Nice-to-have
Strong customer relationship management skills
Sense of urgency in delivering results
Experience with patient monitoring and infusion pumps
Ownership in difficult circumstances
Key Requirements
Associates degree in electronics or equivalent experience
BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred
US work authorization required without sponsorship
Reside within commuting distance to Morehead City, NC
