Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Supervisory experience with team leadership
Knowledge of bank operational policies
Active NMLS registration for mortgage products
Cash handling and vault management skills
Customer relationship management proficiency
Nice-to-have
Notary license preferred
Undergraduate degree in finance or business
Experience with community service initiatives
Strong organizational skills in fast-paced environment
Key Requirements
HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred
2+ years related experience in customer service or sales
Must maintain active NMLS registration status
Satisfactory criminal background and credit check results
