  • The Head of Research & Innovation will support the CTO in managing all technical aspects of the Flexrotor Program, co-responsible for driving innovations and defining the long-term innovation roadmap.
  • Primary responsibilities include innovation and roadmap development, executing program technical excellence, providing technical subject matter expertise and mentorship, and facilitating technology and knowledge transfer.
  • The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent experience, with a minimum of eight years of experience developing aerospace or aviation-related technologies, and a minimum of six years of experience in UAS or autonomous flight systems.

Key Requirements

  • Ability to conceptualize, develop, and design structures, mechanisms, and systems
  • Experience working with other developers and engineers
