Job Summary

  • This role is critical in bridging customer requirements with our engineering capabilities, ensuring accurate capture of technical input and efficient collaboration.
  • Develop and optimize North American ETO-based Specialty Distribution channels (feed, weed, seed) and coordinate market strategy with key Clutches and Brakes (C&B) teams.
  • Build strategic relationships with decision-makers at high-growth accounts, directly and via chosen partners, and secure customer specifications and preference for Regal Rexnord’s full C&B portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 10+ years of technical sales or sales engineering
  • Understanding of ETO processes
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings

  • Ability to lead change
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Office 365
  • Proficient in CRM and BI tools
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willing to travel extensively (40–60%)
