  • Provide hands-on Level 3 design, deployment, upgrade and configuration support for CyberArk’s Privileged Access Manager solution.
  • Design, test, deploy, and manage CyberArk’s PAM solution on-premises and in the cloud, adapting to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Support firmware patching and certificate management in CyberArk infrastructure, lead by example, and collaborate with the team.

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant CyberArk PAM experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • CyberArk API, PACLI, and PowerShell proficiency
  • Knowledge of LDAP, MFA, SAML, Active Directory
  • Familiarity with OSI layers, DNS, firewall policies, load balancing
  • Windows Server OS and troubleshooting tools experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft IIS and Syslog
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
