Key Requirements

  • 10+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Revenue Operations
  • Proven track record of building or scaling a sales operations function
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders
  • Strong people leadership experience
  • Advanced analytics capability
  • Track record of driving operational transformation and process improvement at scale
  • Experience working with national retail accounts and broker networks
  • Experience with NetSuite, SPS Commerce, or other ERP and EDI systems
  • Background in channel strategy, trade promotion management, or supply chain collaboration
