Key Requirements

  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ADN) degree
  • Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in Kentucky
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days
  • Obtain Crisis Prevention within 6 months
