Job Summary
The Site Manager leads clinical engineering initiatives to provide superior customer service and operational efficiency by managing the execution of the TRIMEDX Medical Equipment Management Plan.
This role is responsible for directing Joint Commission inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing day-to-day site operations including staffing and scheduling technicians.
The position requires strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility for sites generating between $3M to $10M in revenue while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Must-have
5 years clinical engineering experience
3 years people leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering or electronics
Manage Joint Commission inspections
Financial P&L responsibility for site
Develop service strategies and KPIs
Nice-to-have
CBET, CRES, CLES, or CCE certification
Experience as Assistant CE Manager
