Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Accounting or Finance
  • 8+ years experience with 5+ years cost accounting in manufacturing
  • Supervisory experience managing finance teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and computer systems

Nice-to-have

  • MBA MPA or CPA CMA certification preferred
  • Bilingual English Spanish capability
  • Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Willingness to relocate for future advancement
  • Ability to travel internationally
