The Vice President, Finance – Commercial serves as a key member of the global Finance leadership team, responsible for providing strategic and operational financial leadership to Illumina’s global Commercial and Marketing organizations.
This role plays a critical operations and advisory role in the development and execution of multi-year commercial strategies and growth plans, ensuring financial alignment with Illumina’s long-term objectives.
This role includes direct supervision of a global team of senior finance leaders and analysts (anticipated team size of over 50), with responsibility for performance management, coaching and development, workload prioritization, and day-to-day operational oversight.

Salary
Base: $278,800 - $418,200; Bonus/Equity: variable cash programs and equity; Benefits: genomics sequencing, family planning, health/dental/vision, retirement, PTO

Key Requirements

20 years of related experience
15+ years in executive leadership role
